Princeton Lawyers is a boutique Sydney law firm specialising in property law, conveyancing and property-related transactions.
Led by Solicitor Director Lorraine Chung, who brings nearly two decades of experience in property law, our firm provides practical and commercially focused legal advice to individuals, investors, property developers and businesses.
We assist clients across a broad range of property matters, from residential purchases and sales to commercial property transactions, leasing and property development.

Lillian joined Princeton Lawyers in 2024 as a law clerk before progressing to her current role as a solicitor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2026.
Throughout her time at Princeton Lawyers, Lillian has gained practical experience in property law, assisting with a range of residential property transactions and commercial property matters. She has developed a particular interest in conveyancing and the commercial aspects of property law.
Lillian understands that buying or selling property is often one of the most significant decisions her clients will make. She takes a thoughtful and practical approach to her work, focusing on clear communication and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Having grown up in Hong Kong, Lillian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate legal matters with clarity and confidence.

- Acting for several Sydney-based property developers in off-the-plan residential apartment sales across 30 sites in NSW.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease documents for two major shopping centres in Castle Hill and Box Hill, with a combined retail area of 20,000 square metres.
- Advising on the legal aspects of a $260 million commercial and residential development project in Botany.
- Successfully negotiating and drafting the surrender of several commercial leases in a 12-storey office building to facilitate redevelopment.
- Providing leasing advice to various landowners in connection with a wind farm in Glen Innes.
- Acting for a Chinese-backed property developer in the acquisition of sites with a combined transaction value of $150 million.
- Completing a successful secondment to one of the UK's largest privately owned waste management and logistics companies, providing legal advice on a transaction valued at over $140 million.
- Acting for a national retailer in managing the leasing portfolio of 300 stores across multiple jurisdictions, including conducting leasing due diligence and negotiating leasing documents.
- Working as in-house legal counsel for a major property developer, managing and mitigating legal risks across a portfolio of 25 residential, commercial and development sites in NSW.
- Managing the property lifecycle of a $720 million estate, from initial acquisition, development, leasing and financing through to the management and settlement of off-the-plan sale contracts.
- Acting as sole principal solicitor for three off-the-plan developments comprising 450 residential apartments.
- Acting on the leasing portfolio of an international company with over 60 retail and café outlets in healthcare facilities, including Royal North Shore Hospital and Westmead Hospital.
- Successfully representing a major property developer in resolving owners corporation disputes involving building defect claims before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
- Acting for a chain of 200 convenience stores in documenting its retail leasing portfolio across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
